About Nazomac F Nasal Spray:
Nazomac F nasal spray is a steroid, used to relieve the symptoms of allergic and non-allergic rhinitis. Nazomac F nasal spray contains Fluticasone Propionate 0.05% w/v, Preservatives: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.01% w/v and Phenylethyl Alcohol 0.25% w/v. Each actuation delivers Fluticasone propionate 50 mcg per actuation.
Fluticasone has potent anti-inflammatory actions. It is believed that fluticasone exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells (e.g., mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes) and mediators (e.g., histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes, and cytokines) involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.
Use of Nazomac F Nasal Spray:
Nazomac F nasal spray is prescribed for the management of the nasal symptoms associated with seasonal or perennial allergic and non-allergic rhinitis in adults, adolescents, and pediatric patients, 4 years of age and older.
Usage direction of Nazomac F Nasal Spray:
• Nazomac F nasal spray meant for nasal use only.
• Before using Nazomac F nasal spray, know the administration process properly from the enclosed leaflet.
• Shake well before each use.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Do not discontinue use without physicians’ advice.
