About Maxtra O Nasal Spray:

Maxtra O Nasal Spray is a medicine indicated for relieving nasal congestion (blocked nose).

Each Maxtra O Nasal Spray contains Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05% w/v.

Oxymetazoline is a nasal decongestant with selective alpha-2 agonistic action. Oxymetazoline narrows the small blood vessels and reduces blood flow in the inner surface of the nose by producing local vasoconstriction, therefore providing relief from nasal congestion.

Use of Maxtra O Nasal Spray:

Maxtra O Nasal Spray is prescribed to treat nasal congestion (Nose block) caused by a variety of conditions such as common cold, hay fever, and upper respiratory allergies.

Usage Direction of Maxtra O Nasal Spray:

• Maxtra O Nasal Spray is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Shake well before each use.
• Mode of administration: Clean nose by blowing. In erect posture, insert nozzle into the nostril, squeeze bottle once & inhale spray or tilt head far back while lying down or sitting. Turn the bottle upside down. Allow drops into nostril & spread. Repeat for other nostrils.
• Close the cap tightly after use.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not use more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Maxtra O Nasal Spray:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Maxtra O Nasal Spray, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant use of this nasal spray with any other medicines.
• Maxtra O Nasal Spray is not for babies & children.
• Do not accept the pack if the cap seal is broken on the bottle.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Maxtra O Nasal Spray:

• Preserve in a tight container at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
