About Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop:

Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop is a lubricating eye drop used to treat and reduce squamous metaplasia in dry eyes disease. It contains polyethylene glycol and propylene glycol that are also used as artificial tears for people with dry eyes.

Composition:

Polyethylene Glycol 400: 0.4% w/v, Propylrnr Glycol: 0.3% w/v, Sodium Perborate (As Preservative): 0.005% w/v, Sterile aqueous buffered vehicle: q.s.

Contains:

Sodium Hyaluronate Ph. Eur. Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric Acid, Boric Acid, Calcium Chloride.

Uses Of Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop:

  •   Used to treat and reduce squamous metaplasia in dry eyes disease.
  •   It is also used as artificial tears for people with dry eyes.

Usage Direction Of Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop:

  •   Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
  •   The vial is ready for use when the cap is opened.
  •   Close the cap tightly after every usage.
  •   Do not skip or stop using Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop without the physician’s advice.
  •   Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
  •   Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information of Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop:

  •   If allergic to any ingredients of Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop, let the physician know straight away.
  •   If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
  •   Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop is not used for injection.
  •   The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with with any other products.
  •   Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
  •   Keep out of reach of children.

Warning:

1. If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the physician.

2. Do not touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.

3. Use the solution within one month after opening the container. If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown it should be discarded.

Storage Condition Of Lubimoist Ultra Eye Drop:

  •   Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
