About Levolin Rotacap:
Levolin Rotacap is a bronchodilator group of medicines indicated for the management of bronchospasm in patient with reversible obstructive airway diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other lung diseases.
Each Levolin Rotacap capsule contains Levosalbutamol Sulphate equivalent to Levosalbutamol 100 mcg.
Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2-adrenergic agonist. It acts on the beta-2 adrenoceptors of the bronchial muscle and opens up the small airways in the lungs to make breathing easier. Therefore, prevent or relieve symptoms (wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, and chest tightness) of bronchospasm, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Use of Levolin Rotacap:
Levolin Rotacap is prescribed for the management of bronchospasm in patient with reversible obstructive airway diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other lung diseases.
It is also indicated for the prevention of exercise-induced bronchospasm in patients 4 years of age and older.
Usage Direction of Levolin Rotacap:
- Levolin Rotacaps are meant for inhalation only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
- Levolin Rotacaps are not to be swallowed.
- Keep the container tightly closed after use.
- Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
- Do not inhale more than the prescribed quantity.
- Read accompanying enclosed leaflet or label instruction before use.
Precaution & Related information of Levolin Rotacap:
- If hypersensitive or allergic to Levolin Rotacap, inform the physician immediately.
- If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
- The Physician should be well informed when concomitant inhalation of this rotacap with any other medicines.
- Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
