About Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU 10ml Vial :

Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU is Biphasic Isophane Insulin injection IP. Each ml Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU contains, Human Insulin IP 40 IU (50% as Soluble Insulin Injection and 50% as Isophane Insulin Injection), (Human Insulin of recombinant DNA origin), m-Cresol USP 0.16% w/v, Phenol IP 0.065% w/v and Water for Injection IP q.s.

Use of Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU 10ml Vial :

Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU is prescribed for the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus. Insugen 50/50 may be used in both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Usage direction of Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU 10ml Vial :

• Use Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU exactly as your physician tells you. Your physician will tell you the right dose and duration of use as per patient's condition. Never change or skip the dose.
• Before using Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU know the administration process from the enclosed leaflet.
• Administer subcutaneously into the thigh or abdominal wall and rotate injection sites.
• Shake gently before use.
• To be injected immediately after withdrawal.
• Do not use Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU if it contains any floating particles, discolored, or if the or container is cracked or damaged.

Precaution & Related information of Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU 10ml Vial :

• Do not share your Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU or syringes with other people, even if the needle has been changed.
• Please take precaution during the use of Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU in case of Hypoglycemia, Hypokalemia, Hypersensitivity, Lipoatrophy, Lipohypertrophy etc.
• If you are taking any other medications and any other supplement please inform your physician.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Pregnancy & lactation: Please consult with your physician before use in pregnancy and lactation.
• Storage: Store in a refrigerator at temperature between 2°C to 8°C. It should not be allowed to freeze. In-use Instruction - Insugen 50/50 Injection 40 IU vials that are in use can be kept at room temperature not above 25°C up to 6 weeks.
