About Indclav DT Tablet:

Indclav DT Tablet is a combination of two antibacterial medicines, indicated for the treatment of various susceptible bacterial infections.

Each dispersible Indclav DT Tablet contains Amoxycillin Trihydrate equivalent to Amoxycillin 200 mg and Potassium Clavulanate Diluted equivalent to Clavulanic acid 28.5 mg.

Amoxycillin belongs to a class of antibacterial medicines. It prevents bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, which is required for the bacteria to grow and multiply.

Clavulanic acid belongs to a class of antibacterial medicines. It acts by inactivating some beta-lactamase enzymes that are produced by bacteria, thereby, preventing bacteria from destroying Amoxycillin.

Uses of Indclav DT Tablet:

Indclav DT Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of various susceptible bacterial infections including ear, nose, or throat infections; urinary tract infections, skin & soft tissue infections, intra-abdominal infections, and sinusitis (sinus infection), upper & lower respiratory tract infections, and bone & joint infections.

Usage Direction of Indclav DT Tablet:

  • Indclav DT Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
  • Disperse the Indclav DT Tablet in a teaspoonful (5ml) of boiled and cooled water before administration.
  • Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
  • Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related information of Indclav DT Tablet:

  • If hypersensitive or allergic to Indclav DT Tablet, inform the physician immediately.  
  • If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
  • The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Indclav DT Tablet:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from light and moisture.
