About Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40IU:

Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40 IU is a biphasic isophane insulin injection. As a ratio 50% is soluble insulin and 50% is isophane insulin. Each ml of Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40 IU contain Human Insulin (r-DNA origin) 40 IU.

Use of Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40IU :

Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40 IU is prescribed alone or in combination with other medicine for treatment of Diabetes Mellitus. Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40 IU may be used for Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes.

Usage Direction of Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40IU :

• Doctor will advise the right dose & duration of administration as per the patient’s condition.
• For proper use of Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40 IU  please follow the using instructions of the package insert.
• Administered subcutaneously into the thigh, upper arm, or abdomen.
• Rotate injection sites to reduce risk of lipodystophy and localized cutaneous amyloidosis
• Do not use your injection if any damage is seen in rubber plunger on any floating particle seen in the solution.

• Never share Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40 IU between patients, even if the needles are changed.
• If you are taking any other medications & any other supplement please inform your doctor or health care provider.
• If you find any other complication during taking this medicine please inform your doctor immediately.
• Never skip the dose.
• Please take precaution during the use of the Huminsulin 50/50 Injection 40 IU in case of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia.
• Pregnancy & lactation: Please consult with your doctor before use in pregnancy & lactation.
• Storage : Store between 2°C – 8°C, for unused cartridge. Must not be allowed freeze. During use or when carried as a spare store below 30°C up to 4 weeks. Protect from light.
