About Herpikind Ointment:

Each gram Herpikind Ointment contains Aciclovir 50 mg, in an water miscible Ointment base q.s.

Aciclovir is an antiviral agent which is highly active in vitro against herpes simplex virus (HSV) types I and II and varicella zoster virus.

Use of Herpikind Ointment:

Herpikind Ointment is an antiviral medication, which is indicated for the treatment of skin infections such as Herpes labialis (commonly known as cold sores) and initial herpes genitalis caused by the herpes simplex virus. It helps decrease the severity of the infection and reduces the symptoms.

Usage direction of Herpikind Ointment:

  • Herpikind Ointment is intended for external use only.
  • Wash your hands before and after each application.
  • Replace the cap tightly after every use.
  • Please check the package leaflet of label instruction before application.
  • Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precaution & Related Information of Herpikind Ointment:

  • If allergic to this cream inform the physician immediately.
  • If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
  • Consult with physician during pregnancy & lactation.
  • Store between 15°- 25°C in a dry place.
