Therapeutic indication :

Hepagold tablet is a unique combination of essential ingredients that usually prescribed to treat liver disease. It has antioxidant properties that protect the liver from free radicals, thus preventing liver damage.

Each film-coated tablet contains (Approx):

Energy 0.40 KCal + Carbohydrate 0.1 gm + Protein 0.00 gm + Fat 0.00 gm + Metadoxine 500 mg + Silymarin 140 mg + L-Ornithine L-Aspartate 150 mg + Folic Acid 2 mg + Pyridoxine HCl 6 mg + Taurine 50 mg and Excipients q.s.

Key Benefits :

• In acute and chronic alcohol intoxication, metadoxine has been suggested to prevent the redox imbalance of the hepatocytes and TNF-a induction.
• Silymarin reduces the turnover of membrane phospholipids and stabilizes the cell membranes of hepatocytes. It has potent antioxidant action and prevents lipid peroxidation.
• L-Ornithine L-Aspartate is used for reduced brain function in people with advanced liver disease (hepatic encephalopathy) as it lowers blood ammonia levels.
• Folic Acid helps the body make healthy red blood cells.
• Pyridoxine HCl prevents vitamin B6 deficiency in patients with severe liver disease.
• Taurine is beneficial in heart and brain function. It also helps support nerve growth.
