About Healol Plus Ointment:

Healol Plus Ointment contains Sucralfate USP 7% w/w, Tinidazole IP 1% w/w, Povidone IP 5% w/w, in an Ointment base q.s. Healol Plus Ointment is used to treat minor wounds, burns and infections by killing bacteria on the skin.

Use of Healol Plus Ointment:

Healol Plus Ointment is a combination of Sucralfate, Povidone Iodine and Tinidazole used for bacterial skin infections and improves healing of the tissues. Povidone Iodine is an antiseptic, it kills the harmful microbes and controls their growth, thereby preventing infections on the affected area. Tinidazole is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria and parasites that cause infections by damaging their DNA. Sucralfate is a protectant which covers the damaged tissue and protects it against injury to facilitate healing.

Usage direction of Healol Plus Ointment:

•   Healol Plus Ointment should be applied topically as per doctor’s advice. Doctor will decide the right amount and the duration of use as per the patient condition.
•   Apply just enough Ointment to form a thin layer on the affected skin and surrounding areas.
•   Replace cap tightly after use.

Precaution & Related Information of Healol Plus Ointment:

•   Do not use Healol Plus Ointment if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients in the product.
•   Healol Plus Ointment is for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of accidental contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water.
•   Pregnancy and Lactation: Do not use the Ointment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised to by your doctor. Ask your doctor for advice before taking any medicine.
•   Keep Healol Plus Ointment out of reach of children.
•   Keep in a cool place. Do not freeze. Protect from light.
