About Glycohale F Rotacaps:
Glycohale F Rotacaps is used for the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Each capsule contains Glycopyrronium 25 mcg (As Glycopyrrolate), Formoterol Fumarate 12 mcg (As Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate) and Excipients q.s.
Glycopyrronium is a synthetic quaternary ammonium antimuscarinic. It
competitively and reversibly blocks the action of acetylcholine on structures
innervated by postganglionic cholinergic nerves and on smooth muscles that
respond to acetylcholine.
Formoterol is a relatively selective long-acting agonist of beta2-adrenergic receptors (found predominantly in bronchial smooth muscle), although it does carry some degree of activity at beta1 and beta3 receptors. Formoterol stimulates the beta -2 receptor, causing bronchodilation by relaxing the smooth muscle in the airway.

Glycohale F Rotacaps is a combination of two bronchodilators, prescribed for the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Usage direction of Glycohale F Rotacaps:
- Glycohale F Rotacapss are intended for oral inhalation use only.
- Capsules are meant for inhalation only and are not to be swallowed.
- After taking this medicine, rinse your mouth with water and split out.
- Physician will advise the right dose and duration as per the patient’s condition.
- Before using Glycohale F Rotacaps, know the administration process properly from enclosed leaflet.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
