About Formoflo Forte Transcap:

Formoflo Forte Transcap is used in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD).

Each Formoflo Forte Transcap capsule contains Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate equivalent to anhydrous Formoterol Fumarate 12 mcg, Fluticasone Propionate 500 mcg and Excipients q.s.

Fluticasone propionate is a synthetic, trifluorinated glucocorticoid with potent anti-inflammatory activity. It exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells and mediators involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.

Formoterol is a very potent long-acting adrenoceptor beta2-agonist with high intrinsic activity and rapid onset of action. Formoterol stimulates the beta -2 receptor, causing bronchodilation by relaxing the smooth muscle in the airway.

Formoflo Forte Transcap is prescribed for the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD).

Usage direction of Formoflo Forte Transcap:

• Formoflo Forte Transcaps are intended for oral inhalation use only.
• Capsules are intended for inhalation through Lupihaler only and not to be swallowed.
• Before using Formoflo Forte Transcap, know the administration process properly from enclosed leaflet.
• Keep the container tightly closed.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Precaution & Related information of Formoflo Forte Transcap:

• If allergic to Formoflo Forte Transcap, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Formoflo Forte Transcap:

Store protected from moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
