About Flublock Nasal Spray:

Flublock nasal spray is a steroid, used to relieve the symptoms of allergic and non-allergic rhinitis. Flublock nasal spray contains Fluticasone Furoate 0.055% w/w, Preservative: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.015% w/w. Each spray actuation Fluticasone Furoate 27.5 mcg.

Fluticasone has potent anti-inflammatory actions. It is believed that fluticasone exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells (e.g., mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes) and mediators (e.g., histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes, and cytokines) involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses.

Use of Flublock Nasal Spray:

Flublock nasal spray is prescribed for the management of the nasal symptoms associated with seasonal or perennial allergic and non-allergic rhinitis in adults, adolescents, and pediatric patients, 4 years of age and older.

Usage direction of Flublock Nasal Spray:

• Flublock nasal spray meant for nasal use only.

• Before using Flublock nasal spray, know the administration process properly from the enclosed leaflet.

• Shake well before each use.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not discontinue use without physicians’ advice.
