About Flohale 2 mg Respule:

Flohale 2 mg respule belongs to a group of medicines called steroids and used to treat & prevent asthma. Each 2 ml respule contains Fluticasone Propionate 2 mg.

Fluticasone has potent anti-inflammatory actions. It is believed that fluticasone exerts its beneficial effects by inhibiting several types of cells (e.g., mast cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes) and mediators (e.g., histamine, eicosanoids, leukotrienes, and cytokines) involved in allergic, immune, and inflammatory responses in the airways.

Use of Flohale 2 mg Respule:

Flohale 2 mg respule is prescribed for maintenance treatment in patients with mild to severe, persistent bronchial asthma. It is not indicated for the relief of acute bronchospasm.

Usage direction of Flohale 2 mg Respule:

• Flohale 2 mg respule is meant for inhalation only. It is not to be injected or administered orally.

• Before using Flohale 2 mg respule know the administration process properly from the pack.

• Flohale 2 mg respule should be used with a respirator or nebuliser only, under the direction of a physician.

• Shake well before use.

• Once the foil pouch is opened the respules should be used within one month.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Do not discontinue use without physicians’ advice.

Precaution & Related information of Flohale 2 mg Respule:

Precaution should be taken & consult with the physician during following conditions:

• Hypersensitivity to this medicine or any of its components.

• Inform your physician if you are going through any other treatment.

• Do not use if the suspension is discoloured, leak found on squeezing or contains visible black particles.

• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.

• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Flohale 2 mg Respule:

Store below 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Store the respules in foil pouch at all times.
