Desogestrel 0.15mg + Ethinylestradiol 0.02mg

About Femilon Tablet:

Femilon tablet is a combination of two female sex hormones Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol, mainly used for the treatment of contraception.

Each uncoated Femilon tablet contains Desogestrel 0.15mg, Ethinylestradiol 0.02mg and Excipients q.s

Use of Femilon Tablet:

  • Femilon tablet is indicated as oral contraceptive (for the prevention of pregnancy) in women.
  • It is also used for the treatment of irregular periods, post-menopausal conditions, and poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

Usage Direction of Femilon Tablet:

  • Femilon tablet should be taken orally.
  • Femilon tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
  • Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
  • Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice
  • Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related Information of Femilon Tablet:

  • If allergic to this medicine inform the physician immediately.
