About Fas 3 Kit: 

Fas 3 Kit is a combination of three medicines, indicated for pelvic inflammatory disease and in partner management.

Each Combikit contains

A) 1 Fluconazole Tablet 150 mg

Each uncoated tablet contains Fluconazole 150 mg

B) 1 Azithromycin Tablet

Each film-coated tablet contains Azithromycin Dihydrate equivalent to Azithromycin 1g

C) 2 Secnidazole Tablets

Each film-coated tablet contains Secnidazole 1 g

Fluconazole belongs to a class of antifungal medicines. It prevents fungal infections by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, which is required for the fungus to grow and multiply.

Azithromycin belongs to a class of antibacterial medicines. It prevents bacterial infections by inhibiting protein synthesis which is required for the bacteria to grow and multiply.

Secnidazole is an anti-protozoal as well as an anaerobicidal. It exerts anti-protozoal activity by interfering with DNA synthesis.

Use of Fas 3 Kit:

Fas 3 Kit is prescribed for pelvic inflammatory disease and in partner management.

Usage Direction of Fas 3 Kit:

• Fas 3 Kit is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Fas 3 Kit is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablets.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Fas 3 Kit:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Fas 3 Kit, inform the physician immediately.  
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of these tablets with any other medicines or supplements.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Fas 3 Kit:

Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from light.
