About Evaparin Inj 300 mg Cartridge:

Each multidose Evaparin Inj 300 mg Cartridge contains Enoxaparin Sodium 300 mg/3ml (Porcine derived), Benzyl Alcohol  1.5% w/v (Preservative) and Water for injection ip Q.S.

Use of Evaparin Inj 300 mg Cartridge:

• Prophylaxis of venous thrombo-embolic disease in patients undergoing, an orthopedic or general surgery procedure, including cancer surgery, with a moderate or high risk of thromboembolism.
• Prophylaxis of venous thrombo-embolism in medical patients bedridden due to acute illnesses including cardiac insufficiency, respiratory failure, severe infections, rheumatic diseases.
• Treatment of deep vein thrombosis with or without pulmonary embolism.
• Prevention of thrombus formation in extra corporeal circulation during hemodialysis.
• Treatment of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction, administered concurrently with aspirin.
• Treatment of acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) including patients to be managed medically or with subsequent Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)

Usage direction of Evaparin Inj 300 mg Cartridge:

• Evaparin Inj 300 mg Cartridge is intended for subcutaneous use only.
• Physician will advise the right dose & duration of administration of Evaparin Inj 300 mg Cartridge as per the patient’s condition. Kindly do not self-administer.
• Please follow the package leaflet before administration.
• Dispose the needle after use.
