About Esole  Sachet:

Esole  Sachet is a proton pump inhibitor used to treat Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and gastric ulcer.

Each Esole Sachet contains Esomeprazole Magnesium Trihydrate equivalent to Esomeprazole 10 mg (As enteric coated granules).

Esomeprazole is the S-isomer of omeprazole. It exerts its stomach acid-suppressing effects by blocking the final step in gastric acid secretion by specific inhibition of H+/K+-ATPase enzyme system present on the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cells.

Use of Esole Sachet:

Esole Sachet is prescribed for the treatment of:

  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
  • Excessive acidic condition of the stomach such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
  • Damaged esophagus, which is caused by stomach acid (Erosive esophagitis).
  • Gastric ulcer, which is either caused by helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, or induced by drugs.

Usage direction of Esole Sachet:

  • Esole Sachet should be taken orally.
  • Please check the package leaflet or label instruction before use.
  • Do not chew or crush the content of sachet.
  • The contents of each sachet should be emptied into a container containing 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of water. Stir the contents and leave for 1 to 2 minutes to thicken. Stir again and drink within 30 minutes. If any material remains after drinking, add more water, stir and drink immediately.
  • Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
  • Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Esole Sachet:

  • Esole Sachet is for paediatric use only.
  • If allergic to Esole Sachet, inform the physician immediately.
  • If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Esole Sachet:

Store protected from light & moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
