About El Ligno 2% Jelly:

El Ligno 2% Jelly contains Lignocaine Hydrochloride equivalent to Anhydrous Lignocaine Hydrochloride 2% w/v in a water soluble gel base. El Ligno 2% Jelly is used as Local anaesthetic.

Use of El Ligno 2% Jelly:

El Ligno 2% Jelly contains the active ingredient Lignocaine, which is used:

  • For providing temporary relief of pain and/or itching due to minor burns, non-blistered sunburn, insect bites and sore nipples.
  • For prevention of pain and discomfort and to act as a lubricant during certain medical procedures and tests performed by a doctor.
  • For prevention of pain during scaling or injection and when fitting dentures.

Usage direction of El Ligno 2% Jelly:

  • El Ligno 2% Jelly should be applied topically as per doctor’s advice. Doctor will decide the right dose and the duration of use as per the patient condition.
  • Apply El Ligno 2% Jelly to the affected skin areas as directed.

  • Do not use El Ligno 2% Jelly if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients in the product.
