About Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge :

Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge is a Insulin Lispro Injection. Each ml of Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge contains 100 IU (equivalent to 3.5 mg) Lispro Injection (r-DNA origin) as active ingredient, 16 mg Glycerol  as tonicity modifier, 3.15 mg Metacresol  as preservative/stabilizer, Zinc oxide  q.s. as stabilizer, 1.88 mg Dibasic Sodium Phosphate  as buffering agent, Hydrochloric Acid (10%) q.s. and Sodium Hydroxide (10%) for pH adjustment, Water for injection q.s. to 1 ml.

Use of Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge :

Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge is prescribed for treatment of Diabetes Mellitus. Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge may be used for Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes.

Usage direction of Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge :

  • Use Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge exactly as prescribed by your physician.
  • Before using know the process of adjusting pen with the respective cartridge. For proper using direction please follow the using instructions of enclosed leaflet.
  • Inject your dose of Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge under the skin of your stomach area, upper arm, upper leg, or buttocks. Never inject Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge into a muscle or vein.
  • Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge should be clear and colorless. Do not use Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge if it contains particles, is cloudy and discolored, or if the or container is cracked or damaged.
  • Do not skip or change the dose without physician’s advice.

Precaution & Related information of Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge :

  • Do not share your Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge or syringes with other people, even if the needle has been changed.
  • Please take precaution during the use of Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge in case of Hypoglycemia, Hypokalemia, Hypersensitivity, Lipoatrophy, Lipohypertrophy etc.
  • If you are taking any other medications & any other supplement please inform your physician.
  • Pregnancy & lactation : Please consult with your physician before use in pregnancy and lactation.
  • Storage :
  • Unopened Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge should be stored in a refrigerator between 36° to 46°F (2° to 8°C).
  • In-use Eglucent Rapid 100 IU Cartridge should be stored at room temperature, below 86°F (30°C) and must be used within 28 days or be discarded, even if they still contain Eglucent.
  • Do not use after the expiration date printed on the carton and label.
  • Protect from direct heat and light.
