About Doxomax OD Tablet:

Doxomax OD Tablet is used to treat asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Each uncoated modified-release Doxomax OD Tablet contains Doxofylline 650 mg.

Doxofylline is a methylxanthine derivative that possesses potent bronchodilator activity by inhibiting phosphodiesterase enzymes followed by an increase in cyclic-3', 5' adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), resulting in smooth muscle relaxation.

Use of Doxomax OD Tablet:

Doxomax OD Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory obstructive conditions.

Usage Direction of Doxomax OD Tablet:

  • Doxomax OD Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
  • Doxomax OD Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
  • Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
  • Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
  • Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Doxomax OD Tablet:

  • If hypersensitive or allergic to Doxomax OD Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
  • If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
  • The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
