About Dexona Tablet:

Each uncoated Dexona tablet contains Dexamethasone 0.5 mg and Excipients q.s.

Dexona tablet is a potent glucocorticoid. It exerts its action in decreasing inflammation by that binds to the glucocorticoid receptor, inhibiting pro-inflammatory signals, and promoting anti-inflammatory signals.

Use of Dexona Tablet:

Dexona tablet is a steroid medicine with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties, which prevents the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation.

Dexona tablet is prescribed for the treatment of various medical conditions, including inflammatory or auto-immune disorders, pain & swelling associated with rheumatic disorders, skin & other allergic reactions, severe asthma, and other steroid-responsive disorders.

Dexona tablet is also useful in cancer therapy to reduce some specific symptoms and side effects to improve the quality of life.

Usage direction of Dexona Tablet:

• Dexona tablet should be taken orally.
• Dexona tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
