About D Cold Total Tablet:
D Cold Total Tablet is a non-drowsy formulation, fortified with Paracetamol, Caffeine Anhydrous and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride that provides relief from cold symptoms including blocked nose, headache, bodypain and sore throat.
Composition:
Each uncoated tablet contains:
Paracetamol: 500 mg, Caffeine Anhydrous: 32 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride: 10 mg, Excipients q.s.
Colour: Sunset yellow FCF
Appropriate overages of vitamins are added to compensate the loss on storage.

Relieves from cold symptoms including blocked nose, headache, bodypain and sore throat
Usage Direction of D Cold Total Tablet:
- D Cold Total Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
- D Cold Total Tablet is to be swallowed whole with the help of water.
- Do not break, chew or crush the tablet.
- Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
Precaution & Related information of D Cold Total Tablet:
- Do not use if allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, caffeine or to any other ingredients in the product.
- Do not use with other Paracetamol products or if suffering from severe heart diseases, hypertension, diabetes or hypothyroidism.
- Avoid if used anti-depressants (Monoamine Oxidase Type) within 2 weeks and take with care if the patient have a history of peptic ulcer.
- The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
- Seek medical advice before using this product if a person have liver or kidney disease or insufficiency or prostate disease.
- If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
- Seek medical advice immediately in case of overdose even if a person feel well.
- Discontinue use if signs of allergic reaction appear (e.g. face, mouth or throat swelling, difficulty in breathing, itching, mouth ulceration or skin rash or peeling).
- If symptoms persist after 3-4 days, consult with a doctor.
- Do not use if the blister or foil is broken.
- Warning: Taking more than daily dose may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions (e.g. swelling of the face, mouth & throat, difficulty in breathing, itching or rash).
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless recommended by doctor.
- Keep the medicine out of reach of children.
