About Coversyl Plus HD Tablet:

Coversyl Plus HD Tablet is a combination medication, indicated to manage high blood pressure.

Each uncoated scored Coversyl Plus HD Tablet contains perindopril erbumine 8 mg and indapamide 2.5 mg.

Perindopril and Indapamide both are antihypertensive class of medications.

Perindopril belongs to a class of ACE inhibitors (Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitors). It acts by inhibiting the angiotensin-converting enzyme and relaxes the blood vessels, thereby, lowering the blood pressure.

Indapamide belongs to a class of thiazide diuretic. It acts by increasing the production of more urine to excrete excess fluid and certain electrolytes from the body. In this way, it lowers high blood pressure.

Use of Coversyl Plus HD Tablet:

Coversyl Plus HD Tablet is prescribed for the management of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Usage Direction of Coversyl Plus HD Tablet:

• Coversyl Plus HD Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Coversyl Plus HD Tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Coversyl Plus HD Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Coversyl Plus HD Tablet, inform the physician immediately.  
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Coversyl Plus HD Tablet with any other medication.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
