About Channel 60 mg Tablet:

Channel 60 mg tablet is a calcium channel blocker used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and manage angina (chest pain).

Each film-coated modified-release Channel 60 mg tablet contains Diltiazem Hydrochloride 60 mg.

Diltiazem, a benzothiazepine calcium channel blocker, inhibits the influx of calcium ions during depolarisation of the vascular smooth muscles and myocardium thereby producing relaxation of coronary vascular muscles and coronary vasodilation and increases myocardial oxygen delivery.

Use of Channel 60 mg Tablet:

Channel 60 mg tablet is prescribed to patients who suffer from hypertension (high blood pressure) issues or have angina (chest pain).

Patients with various disorders of the heart rhythm may also be prescribed Angizem 60 mg tablet.

Usage direction of Channel 60 mg Tablet:

  • Channel 60 mg tablet should be taken orally.
  • Channel 60 mg tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
  • Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
  • Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
  • Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
