Candidox Shampoo is designed to effectively treat seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp and dandruff by targeting fungal overgrowth and flaking. It contains a combination of two antifungal agents, such as Ciclopirox Olamine and Zinc Pyrithione, working synergistically to provide relief from itching, redness, and excessive scaling. It is paraben-free and enriched with premium conditioner for gentle, nourishing care.
Composition:
Ciclopirox: 1.0% w/v, Zinc Pyrithione (ZPTO): 1.0% w/v, Shampoo base: q.s.
Colour: Brilliant Blue FCF.
Uses Of Candidox Shampoo:
- Dandruff (Pityriasis capitis).
- Seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp, characterized by scaling, flaking, redness, and itching.
- Other scalp conditions caused by susceptible fungi.
Usage Direction Of Candidox Shampoo:
- Candidox Shampoo is intended for external use only, in a dose and directed as advised by the physician.
- Shake well before use.
- Wet hair and scalp, and apply significant Candidox Shampoo to produce enough lather.
- Massage for one minute and rinse with warm water. Repeat procedure for additional 3 minutes.
- Rinse with warm water and dry hair.
- Do not skip or stop using Candidox Shampoo without the physician’s advice.
- Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
- Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
Precaution & Other Related Information Of Candidox Shampoo:
- If allergic to any ingredients of Candidox Shampoo, let the physician know straight away.
- If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
- The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with any other products.
- Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Discontinue if signs of irritation or inflammation develop.
- Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
- Keep out of reach of children.
