About Candidox Lotion:

Candidox Lotion is an antifungal medication, used to treat fungal infection.

Each Candidox Lotion contains Ciclopirox Olamine 1% w/w.
Preservative: Benzyl Alcohol 1% w/w.

Ciclopirox has a wide spectrum of antifungal and some antibacterial activity. It exhibits its work by inhibiting the transport of essential elements in fungal cells, thus disrupting cellular activities, DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis.

Use of Candidox Lotion:

Candidox Lotion is prescribed in the treatment of fungal infections of the skin and nails.

Usage direction of Candidox Lotion:

  • Candidox Lotion is intended for topical use only.
  • As per the patient’s conditions, the physician will advise the proper dose and duration of the application.
  • Before applying, clean & dry the affected area.
  • It is advised to check the label or patients information leaflet before application.
  • Do not skip or stop the dose without doctor’s advice.
  • Do not apply more than the prescribed quantity.
  • Close the cap tightly after use.

Precaution & Related information of Candidox Lotion:

  • Candidox Lotion is for external use only.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • If allergic to Candidox Lotion, inform the physician immediately.
