About Candidox Cream:

Candidox Cream is an antifungal medication, used to treat fungal infection.

Each Candidox Cream contains Ciclopirox Olamine 1% w/w and cream base q.s.
Preservative: Benzyl Alcohol 1% w/w.

Ciclopirox has a wide spectrum of antifungal and some antibacterial activity. It exhibits its work by inhibiting the transport of essential elements in fungal cells, thus disrupting cellular activities, DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis.

Use of Candidox Cream:

Candidox Cream is prescribed in the treatment of fungal infections of the skin and nails.

Usage direction of Candidox Cream:

  • Candidox Cream is intended for topical use only.
  • Puncture nozzle seal with piercing point of cap.
  • As per the patient’s conditions, the physician will advise the proper dose and duration of the application.
  • Before applying, clean & dry the affected area.
  • It is advised to check the label or patients information leaflet before application.
  • Do not skip or stop the dose without doctor’s advice.
  • Do not apply more than the prescribed quantity.
  • Replace the cap tightly closed after use.

Precaution & Related information of Candidox Cream:

  • Candidox Cream is for external use only.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • If allergic to Candidox Cream, inform the physician immediately.
  • If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
  • Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Candidox Cream:

Store below 25°C. Do not freeze.
