About Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet:

Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet is a combination medication, indicated to manage high blood pressure and lower the risk of other associated cardiovascular disorders.

Each uncoated Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet contains Amlodipine Besilate equivalent to Amlodipine 2.5 mg and Lisinopril equivalent to Anhydrous Lisinopril 2.5 mg.

Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker. By relaxing the blood vessels, it reduces the blood pressure, thereby, improving blood flow to the heart.

Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor. By relaxing the blood vessels, it lowers the blood pressure.

Uses of Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet:

Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet is prescribed for the management of hypertension (high blood pressure), and to reduce the risk of other associated cardiovascular disorders.

Usage Direction of Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet:

• Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related information of Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet:

• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is hypersensitive to Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet.
• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is having any other complications.
• The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet with any other medication.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Calchek L 2.5 mg Tablet:

Store in a dry place. Protect from sunlight & moisture and at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
