About Budez CR Capsule:
Budez CR capsule is used to treat chronic inflammatory conditions of the intestine. Each film Budez CR capsule contains Budesonide 3 mg (as controlled release pellets).
Budesonide is a synthetic glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating properties. Budesonide induces the expression of glucocorticoid-responsive genes that encode anti-inflammatory mediators such as certain anti-inflammatory cytokines and lipocortins. As a result, the synthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes is prevented, which are responsible for inflammation.
Use of Budez CR Capsule:
Budez CR capsule belongs to a group of medicines called corticosteroids. Budez CR capsule is prescribed to treat chronic inflammatory diseases of the intestine such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, and microscopic colitis.
Usage direction of Budez CR Capsule:
• Budez CR capsule should be taken orally.
• Budez CR capsule should be swallowed whole with help of water.
• Budez CR capsule is not to be chewed or crushed.
• Do not discontinue without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than prescribed quantity.
