About Brophyle N Tablet:
Each film coated Brophyle N tablet contains Acebrophyline 100 mg and Acetylcysteine 600 mg.
Acebrophylline has both muco-regulating and bronchodilating properties. Acebrophylline is used to treat bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and also thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe.
Acetylcysteine is used as a mucolytic agent for the treatment of lung diseases, like chronic bronchitis. Acetylcysteine is used to help thin and loosen mucus in the airways blocked due to certain lung diseases (such as emphysema, bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, pneumonia) and making it easier to breath.
