About Brimosun LS Eye Drop:

Brimosun LS Eye Drop is used for the treatment of intraocular pressure.

Each ml of Brimosun LS Eye Drop contains Brimonidine Tartrate 1.0 mg, Stabilized Oxychloro complex 0.005% w/v (As preservative) and Aqueous Buffered Vehicle q.s.

Brimonidine acts as an alpha2-adrenoceptor agonist and lowers intraocular pressure by reducing aqueous humor production and increasing uveoscleral flow. As a result, brimonidine aims to reduce the likelihood of glaucomatous visual field loss in ocular hypertension and slow the progression of visual field defects in established open-angle glaucoma.

Use of Brimosun LS Eye Drop:

Brimosun LS Eye Drop is prescribed for lowering intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension (pressure in the eye).

Usage direction of Brimosun LS Eye Drop:

• Brimosun LS Eye Drop is intended for ophthalmic use only.
• As per the patient’s conditions, the physician/Ophthalmologist will advise the proper dose and the duration of the application.
• Before applying this eye drop, wash hands first.
• It is advised to check the label or package insert leaflet before apply.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the prescribed quantity.
• Keep the cap tightly closed after each use.

Precaution & Related information of Brimosun LS Eye Drop:

• Brimosun LS Eye Drop is for external use only, not for injection
• If allergic to Brimosun LS Eye Drop, inform the physician immediately.
• If find any other complication inform the physician immediately.
• If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult with the Ophthalmologist.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Brimosun LS Eye Drop:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from light.
