About Arte Plus CD Tablet:
Arte Plus CD Tablet is a combination of two antimalarial medications, indicated to manage acute uncomplicated malarial infections.
Each uncoated tablet contains Artemether 80 mg and Lumefantrine 480 mg.
Artemether belongs to a class of antimalarial medicines. It acts by interacting with heme (a byproduct of hemoglobin degradation) in the parasite. This interaction results formation of toxic substances, responsible for the death of the parasite.
Lumefantrine belongs to a class of antimalarial medicines. It inhibits the formation of a non-toxic product (ß-hematin) in a parasite by forming a complex with heme (a byproduct of hemoglobin degradation) which leads to the death of the parasites.
Use of Arte Plus CD Tablet:
Arte Plus CD Tablet is prescribed for the management of malarial infections.
Usage Direction of Arte Plus CD Tablet:
- Arte Plus CD Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
- Arte Plus CD Tablet is taken whole with the help of water.
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
- Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
- Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

- If hypersensitive or allergic to Arte Plus CD Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
