About Allercet M Syrup:

Allercet M Syrup is a combination medicine, indicated for relieving symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Each 5 ml (One teaspoonful) Allercet M Syrup contains Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride 2.5 mg and Montelukast Sodium equivalent to Montelukast 4.0 mg.

Levocetirizine is an antiallergic medication that selectively inhibits histamine H1 receptors. This action prevents the negative symptoms associated with histamine release and provides relief from allergic reactions.

Montelukast is a selective leukotriene receptor antagonist. Leukotriene type-1 receptor is located on the respiratory airway and on pro-inflammatory cells. It has been correlated with the pathophysiology of asthma and allergic rhinitis. By inhibiting the leukotriene type-1 receptor, Montelukast helps reduce inflammation in the airways and relieve allergic symptoms.

Use of Allercet M Syrup:

Allercet M Syrup is a combination of Levocetirizine and Montelukast, which is prescribed to relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial).

Usage Direction of Allercet M Syrup:

• Allercet M Syrup is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Use the measuring cup for correct dosing.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Allercet M Syrup:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Allercet M Syrup, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this syrup with any other medicines or supplements.
• Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Allercet M Syrup:

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Do not freeze.
