About Algic Ophthalmic Solution:

Algic Ophthalmic Solution is a sterile ophthalmic solution that contains Ketorolac Tromethamine. It is used to relieve pain, inflammation, and itching in the eyes. It is commonly used to reduce eye pain, swelling, and burning, making it an effective treatment for discomfort following cataract surgery or for relieving the itching associated with seasonal allergies.

Composition:

Each ml contains:

Ketorolac Tromethamine: 5 mg, Benzalkonium Chloride Solution (As preservative): 0.0001 ml, Aqueous Buffered Vehicle: q.s.

Uses Of Algic Ophthalmic Solution:

• To reduce inflammation and pain following cataract surgery.
• To relieve eye itching caused by seasonal allergic conjunctivitis.
• To manage certain types of eye inflammation.

Usage Direction Of Algic Ophthalmic Solution:

• Algic Ophthalmic Solution is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Full bottle with A, B, C, D parts.
• Peel off B portion and discard.
• Tighten C and D to pierce and form a hole.
• Unwind D and squeeze bottle for eye drops.
• Close the bottle after every use with the cap.
• Do not skip or stop using Algic Ophthalmic Solution without the physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
• Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information Of Algic Ophthalmic Solution:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Algic Ophthalmic Solution, let the physician know straight away.
• Algic Ophthalmic Solution is not used for injection.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with any other products.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Warning:

• If irritation persists or increases discontinue the use and consult the physician.
• Do not touch the nozzle tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container. If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown it should be discarded.

Storage Condition Of Algic Ophthalmic Solution:

• Keep in cool dark place.
