About Adclobaz 10 mg Tablet:

Each uncoated mouth dissolving Adclobaz 10 mg tablet contains Clobazam 10 mg and Excipients q.s.

Adclobaz 10 mg tablet binds at distinct binding sites associated with the chloride ionopore at the post-synaptic GABA receptor, thereby increasing neuronal membrane permeability to Cl ions and enhancing the inhibitory effect of GABA. As a result, hyperpolarization and stabilization of the membrane occur.

Use of Adclobaz 10 mg Tablet:

Adclobaz 10 mg tablet belongs to a class of medicines known as benzodiazepines.

Adclobaz 10 mg tablet is prescribed for the treatment of acute & chronic anxiety states and as an adjunctive therapy in patients with refractory epilepsy.

Usage direction of Adclobaz 10 mg Tablet:

• Adclobaz 10 mg tablet should be taken orally.
• Do not swallow the whole tablet.
• Do not stop or skip the medicine without physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
