About Acton OR Tablet:

Acton OR Tablet belongs to the group of mild analgesics (pain killer) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) medicine indicated to ease mild to moderate pain and reduce fever.

Each uncoated bilayered Acton OR Tablet contains Paracetamol 300 mg (As immediate release) and Paracetamol 700 mg (as sustained release).

Paracetamol exerts analgesic and antipyretic effects by peripheral blockage of pain impulse generation and inhibition of the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre, respectively. It also exhibits weak anti-inflammatory activity by the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.

Use of Acton OR Tablet:

Acton OR Tablet is prescribed to ease mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It is also used for the treatment of conditions including headache, migraine, backache, toothache, menstrual pain, musculoskeletal pain, and common colds.

Usage Direction of Acton OR Tablet:

• Acton OR Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Acton OR Tablet should be swallowed whole.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.

Precaution & Related information of Acton OR Tablet:

• If hypersensitive or allergic to Acton OR Tablet, inform the physician immediately.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• Acton OR Tablet should not be used with other Paracetamol-containing products.
• The Physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
• Taking more than daily dose may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions (e.g. swelling of the face, mouth, and throat, difficulty in breathing, itching or rash).
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Acton OR Tablet:

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light & moisture.
