Active Smile (Dr. Morepen) Advanced Mouthwash is a combination medication, indicated for the prophylaxis of various mouth infections and also has anti-plaque and anti-cavity properties.

Active Smile (Dr. Morepen) Advanced Mouthwash contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate (As Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution) 0.2% w/v, Sodium Fluoride 0.05% w/v, Zinc Chloride 0.09% w/v.

Chlorhexidine belongs to a class of antimicrobial medicines. By binding to the cell wall of microbes, it disrupts the cell membranes, thereby allowing leakage of intracellular materials. As a result, it prevents microbial infections.

Use of Active Smile (Dr. Morepen) Advanced Mouthwash:

Active Smile (Dr. Morepen) Advanced Mouthwash is prescribed for the prevention of plaque in absence of brushing, prophylaxis of oral candidiasis, controlling secondary bacterial infections for aphthous ulcers, and aid in the treatment of mouth and throat infections.

Usage Direction of Active Smile (Dr. Morepen) Advanced Mouthwash:

Active Smile (Dr. Morepen) Advanced Mouthwash is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
For treatment and prevention swish in the mouth for one minute.
Do not wash mouth, eat, or drink thereafter for 20 minutes.
For prolonged use, take 1:1 dilution of Dr. Morepen Active Smile Advanced mouthwash with plain water or disappears or use as directed by the physician.
Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
Do not use more than the prescribed quantity.

If hypersensitive or allergic to Active Smile (Dr. Morepen) Advanced Mouthwash, inform the physician immediately.
If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
Brown staining of teeth in some cases may be reported, while using the product which usually disappears once treatment is over or may require scaling/polishing.
Not to be swallowed.
Keep out of reach of children.
