About Acedip Tablet:
Acedip Tablet is a combination medication, indicated to manage high blood pressure and lower the risk of other associated cardiovascular disorders.
Each uncoated Acedip Tablet contains Amlodipine Besilate equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg and Lisinopril equivalent to Anhydrous Lisinopril 5 mg.
Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker. By relaxing the blood vessels, it reduces the blood pressure, thereby, improving blood flow to the heart.
Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor. By relaxing the blood vessels, it lowers the blood pressure.
Uses of Acedip Tablet:
Acedip Tablet is prescribed for the management of hypertension (high blood pressure), and to reduce the risk of other associated cardiovascular disorders.
Usage Direction of Acedip Tablet:
- Acedip Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
- Acedip Tablet is to be taken whole with the help of water.
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
- Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
- Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.
Precaution & Related information of Acedip Tablet:
- Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is hypersensitive to Acedip Tablet.
- Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is having any other complications.
- The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Acedip Tablet with any other medication.
