About Mupimet Ointment :

Mupimet ointment is a Topical Antibiotic ointment intended for topical dermatological use only. Mupimet ointment contains Mupirocin ointment 2% w/w. It works by preventing bacteria from growing on your skin.

Use of Mupimet Ointment :

Mupimet ointment is used to treat certain skin infections such as impetigo, rosacea, folliculitis.

Usage direction of Mupimet Ointment :

  • Mupimet ointment should be applied topically as per doctor’s advice. Doctor will decide the right dose and the duration of use as per the patient condition.
  • Clean and dry the affected area before application.
  • Puncture the nozzle tip with the piercing point of cap.
  • Apply directly on the wound.
  • Do not use it on the face, groin, or underarms unless directed to do so by your doctor.
  • Cover wound with proper dressing.
