It contains a blend of pure and powerful natural herbs like Himej, Black salt, Senna leaves, Ajwain, Nisot, Hing, Yashtimadhu, Mulethi, Sunth and many others that prove to be very helpful in curing constipation, gas, acidity, headache and mouth ulcer. The haritaki and senna leaves are both natural and mild laxatives while the yashtimadhu is an effective remedy for mouth and peptic ulcers. Kayam also brings the digestive system in order. Take one to two tablespoon of the powder every day with half a glass of warm water before going to sleep. Since the powder is an ayurvedic formulation, it does not have any side effects.
