Delivery:
This website provides its services to the whole of India, subject to the following:
1) Prescription Medicines can only be delivered by the pharmacy if there is a valid prescription. If a prescription is missing, the pharmacy has the right to refuse the order. Sastasundar is not liable for any orders that the pharmacy declines.
2) Prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, and other healthcare items can only be delivered to designated areas that are identified by serviceable pin codes.
3) If a user outside the serviceable area orders OTC health care products, these will be sent via standard courier services through a logistics partner. If delivery is not possible in their region, the order will not be fulfilled, and the user will be informed.
Payment:
Registering on the website and accessing the information provided is free. Users grant Sastasundar permission to collect payments on their behalf and understand that Sastasundar is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during this process.
