About Flotral 10 mg Tablet:

Flotral 10 mg tablet is prescribed to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Each prolonged-release film coated Flotral 10 mg tablet contains Alfuzosin Hydrochloride 10 mg.

Alfuzosin is a quinazoline derivative that exhibits selectivity for alpha1-adrenergic receptors in the lower urinary tract. Blockade of these adrenoreceptors causes relaxation of smooth muscle in the bladder neck and prostate, resulting in improvement in urine flow and a reduction in symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Uses of Flotral 10 mg Tablet:

Flotral 10 mg tablet contains Alfuzosin, which is an alpha-1 adrenergic blocker. Flotral 10 mg tablet is prescribed in the symptomatic treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate).

Usage direction of Flotral 10 mg Tablet:

• Flotral 10 mg tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
• Flotral 10 mg tablet should be swallowed whole.
• Do not chew the tablet.
• Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
• Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related information of Flotral 10 mg Tablet:

• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is hypersensitive to Flotral 10 mg tablet.
• Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is having any other complications.
• The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Flotral 10 mg tablet with any other medication.
• Keep out of reach of children.
