Dabur Sat Isabgol Husk Supreme is a natural product derived from the premium quality seed of plantago ovata (Isabgol) to give relief from constipation. It is derived from the upper coating of the seeds by milling and sieving process. It is rich in fibre so helps in bowel regulation. It helps reduce cholesterol level and since there is no added sugar, no chemical and no artificial flavour in it. It is suitable for diabetes as well.

Composition:
Each 10g is prepared/derived from:
Isabgol (Plantago ovata, Sd. Husk): 10 g.
Dosage and Direction:
- Adults & Children above 12 years: 1-2 teaspoonful (2.5-5 g), 1-3 times a day; Children aged 6-12 years: 1/2-1 teaspoonful (1.5-2.5g), 1-3 times a day or as directed by the Physician.
- Use a dry spoon to measure Sat Isabgol.
- Add to 150-200 ml of water in a glass, stir briskly and drink at once.
- Can also be taken with milk, fruit juice, curd etc.
