About LMF 9 D Tablet:
LMF 9 D Tablet is formulated with L-Methyl Folate Calcium, Methylcobalamin, Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate, DHA and Vitamin D3, used for the treatment of nutritional deficiencies & support overall health of an individual.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
L-Methylfolate Calcium: 1 mg, Methylcobalamin: 1500 mcg, Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate: 0.5 mg, Docosahexanoic Acid 10% powder: 200 mg, Vitamin D3 (Stabilized): 2000 IU.
Colour: Ponceau 4R Lake & Titanium dioxide.
Appropriate overages of vitamins added to compensate the loss on storage.

Usage Direction of LMF 9 D Tablet:
- LMF 9 D Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.

- Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
